2. Description of Service

Revenue Guard provides an AI-driven intake and dispatch system for restoration companies. We act as a communication conduit between your inbound leads and your team. We do not guarantee the securing of any specific job or contract.

3. SMS & Telephony Services

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages and phone calls from Revenue Guard regarding account alerts, dispatch notifications, and system tests.

  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and inbound lead volume.
  • Fees: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying "STOP".
  • Help: For assistance, reply "HELP" or contact support.
  • Carrier Liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revenue Guard and Optaimi Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities (e.g., missed restoration jobs), arising out of or in connection with your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

5. ROI Guarantee Policy

If eligible for our "ROI Guarantee," refunds are limited strictly to the setup fee paid. To qualify, the client must have kept the system active and properly configured for the full 30-day period.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
